Due to the continuing success of Mode Letting, we are now providing the opportunity to like minded individuals to set up their own lettings businesses under our banner.
We provide everything that you need in order to be successful, and full, ongoing training will be provided.
Whether you are looking to start something, (initially) alongside your current employment, or are ready to take the plunge 100%, we can accomodate you.
Initially, we are looking for franchisee's for the Ashford, Bromley and Tonbridge areas as we know these areas well. Ideally you would live within one of these locations. Other areas of Kent would also be considered.
We are not located on the high street, and we don't expect you to be either. This means the initial set up cost is relatively small and low risk financially.
We offer the best of both to our customers. We are local agents without needing to occupy a commercial premises if you don't choose to. This keeps us competitive without compromising on compliance.
