In our infancy, we found that although our proposition was superior to a standard high street agent, it was difficult to persuade potential clients to deal with a company that didn't have a high street presence. However, with the rise in popularity of the property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, the requirement for a shop window started to diminish. Much of our success so far has been attributed to regular referrals from existing clients that we have been able to win and retain.
With the sudden rise of the many 'online only' agents, we have positioned ourselves in the perfect place to offer what the 'online only' and 'high street' agents cannot.
