Mode 02. Tenant Assurance 

Condition reports 

A detailed report will be completed with the tenant to identify anything that is a problem or might become a problem during the tenancy. This can be used in conjunction with the photographic record to ensure that the property is returned back to the original condition prior to the next tenant moving in. 

End of tenancy process execution 

Once notice has been served by either the tenant or the landlord, arrangements are made to visit the property to discuss what (if anything) needs to be done to bring the premises back to the original standard. When the tenant is ready to move out, a further final visit is made to check that any remedial work has been completed. Provided that the property is back to the required standard, the deposit is returned. Any dispute will be handled by us. 

Periodic inspections 

Once the tenant has moved in, we check the property after 4 weeks to ensure all is well and then move to checking on a quarterly basis. 

Reactive service support level 

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that we are able to react to any emergency that might need our attention.
